Draya Quits Basketball Wives LA? 'A Tremendous Weight Has Been Lifted'

"Basketball Wives LA" star Draya Michele fueled reports claiming she quit the show on Wednesday after sharing a series of cryptic posts on Twitter.

The swimwear designer took to Twitter on Monday where she alluded to leaving the VH1 reality TV show. Fans have watched Michele's personal life played out on "BBWLA" over three seasons and it appears as though she may be done with the hit show, reports claim.

"I think that was the last episode I filmed...Won't catch me arguing with the chicks I made semi-famous any longer. They gonna have to carry themselves or fight with each other...Feels like a tremendous weight has been lifted from my shoulders," she wrote in a series of tweets.

The VH1 star first joined "BBWLA" in season one and despite her popularity soaring amongst viewers this season, she will reportedly not be returning in season 4.

Urban blogs suggested that a feud had occurred between the model and the show's executive producer Shaunie O'Neal, however, she denied these claims.

"Despite what blogs may report... I have nothing but love & the up most respect for Shaunie Oneal ... How could I not, she gave me a chance," another tweet read.

Michele has been at the center of drama throughout season 3 due to her relationship with NFL star Orlando Scandrick. During a recent episode tensions reached new heights amongst the cast which prompted a violent brawl and Michele previously admitted that the drama has taken a toll on her relationship.

"You know what? I think it's been really hard on my boyfriend," she said during an interview with Big Boy's Neighborhood in February.

"We watch it together and he's came to the point already. It's been episode one, we saw 60 minutes of what is going to be going on for 12 weeks and he's like 'You know what? I don't think you should do this next year. How much are they paying you again? I'll pay you double to sit your a-- on the couch,'" she revealed.

The reality star also alluded to the possibility of leaving "BBWLA" to star in her very own spinoff show.

"Well, I think that 'Basketball Wives' is my date to the prom so I gotta dance with her for a little bit because that's who I came with," she said.

"But I don't have to go home to her at the end of the night. So I would like to do my own thing eventually. Once the 'Basketball Wives' train comes to a stop, I would like to graduate into the Draya Show and I'm already transitioning into that," she added.
