Economic Christmas Gifts

Pressured to buy expensive holiday gifts this winter? Here are some great ways to show your love to family and friends if you’re on a budget this Christmas:

Give a gift card: You can buy $5 gift cards to Jamba Juice or to your family and friend's favorite snacking place. Good things can come cheap!

Make a carol video: If you got a video camera, video record yourself singing a few carols followed by a Christmas greeting personally from you. I know, I know. Cheesy, right? But cheesy as it may be, it will be something everyone will be talking about and enjoying some laughs over.

Invite everyone to dinner: If you can’t afford to buy individual gifts for each family member or friend, then consider inviting them out to dinner at once. This will also be a fun way to bridge the relationships between your blood ties and your comrades. Usually, people feel guilty for spending too few dollars on individual gifts for their loved ones. Inviting everyone out to dinner may feel like you would be spending a lot but compare it with individualized gifts, it’s cheaper and much more interesting. The photos you take of that Christmas dinner will also be priceless!
