American actress Emma Stone, usually boasting red hair and colorfully bright lips, dramatically changed her style for the "Amazing Spider-Man" premiere in Paris on Wednesday, opting more for a goth-inspired, vampire look.
Stone, 23, hit the red carpet wearing a black tulle gown from Gucci's Fall 2012 collection, complete with a plunging neckline and sheer skirt.
The actress coupled a deep red lipstick with her pale complexion and bleach blonde, curled locks, giving her an ethereal yet attractive look.
Stone has become somewhat of a style icon, being photographed numerous times while romping around New York City with her boyfriend, American actor Andrew Garfield.
Stone's Paris look was especially surprising as she has taken to making the color red her signature color. At the 2011 BAFTA's, Stone wore a floor-length, elegant Lanvin red gown, and at the 2012 Met gala, Stone sported a fun red cocktail dress, also designed by Lanvin.
Stone will appear on the July issue of fashion magazine Vogue, photographed by fame photographer Mario Testino.
In a sneak peak for her Vogue interview, Stone said that she tries to design her personal style after her personality, but she takes special cues from one of her favorite actresses, Diane Keaton.
"I never really wanted to dress like anyone -- well, that's not true," Stone tells Vogue.
"I probably wanted to dress like Diane Keaton, but that's just because I love her so much. ... She's really herself, and that's what I like," she added.
Stone and her beau, Garfield, are currently making their rounds at various international premieres for their new "Spider-Man" film.
In the film, Stone plays the 17-year-old love interest of Pete Parker, played by her real-life love interest, Garfield.
The film hits theaters July 3.
