'Fantastic Four' Reboot Movie Release Date, Cast News, Spoilers: Details Revealed

Although it doesn't receive as much enthusiasm as compared to the other movies in the MCU Phase 2 project, the "Fantastic Four" reboot can still earn some attention, especially from its fans.

Produced under 20th Century Fox, "The Fantastic Four" reboot film is slated for release on August 7, 2015 in 2D and 3D cinemas. It will see the acts of Miles Teller as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Kate Mara as Susan Storm/Invisible Woman, Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm/The Thing, and more others.

A synopsis for the title has been making rounds in the Web and it created a huge buzz among fans. For one, there's the issue of the Doctor Doom who has been known in the comic book cannon as a genius with extensive scientific training.

However, in the forthcoming movie, he is renamed as Victor Domashev (Toby Kebbel) and is an anti-social programmer known in the blogging world as "Doom."

Cinema Blend meanwhile stated that there are also some drastic changes implemented on the main characters that now appear younger and donning "unusual costumes with a revised origin."

For one, Reed and Ben work in a convenience store. Ben, meanwhile lives with his abusive parent. Reed is currently working in a paper which catches the attention of a certain Dr. Franklin Storm, the CEO of Baxter Building Research Center.

Storm, has a son named Johnny (The Human Torch). He also has an adopted daughter, Sue (Invisible Woman). Johnny and Sue are portrayed as just another pair of party-goers who disdain anything about science.

With this "odd connections," the story of The Fantastic Four takes off.

"It remains pretty vague how the new Marvel film will have him inventing the Doombots and other gadgets in his plots to take down the Fantastic Four," Christian Today commented. The main characters themselves are quite different from what has been used to.

It has to be noted though that these information is based on claims and that 20th Century Fox still hasn't confirmed or debunked the rumors.
