Far Cry 4 Patch Rolls for Xbox One and Xbox 360: News and Details Revealed

Days after publisher Ubisoft released a secondary patch of Far Cry 4 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 console gamers can now also get their hands on the similar update.

The patch, which is now currently rolling out for the mentioned consoles, is set to address gaming issues found on its story mission progression, audio, map browser, multiplayer mode, and several other aspects.

"We are still working at improving your gaming experience," said Ubisoft in the official Far Cry 4 Live Update website, "and will keep you updated of upcoming patches in the near future."

On Nov. 18, the publisher unveiled Far Cry 4 for PS3, PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.

The following week, they released the first update as reports have been cited where players complain about bugs and technical issues associated with the game's multiplayer mode.

The most to suffer, according to IGN, was for the version on PC and PS3.

A complete patch notes for the Xbox Patch 2 was posted by Ubisoft in the title's official forum site and it reads:

  •     Fixed some random crashes on all game modes.
  •     Fixed host migration edge random & case issues
  •     Fixed custom match stability issues
  •     Fixed join-in-progress edge case issues
  •     Fixed progression page issues in Story missions
  •     Fixed functionality issues in the shop menu
  •     Fixed several localization issues (cut-off text, subtitles)
  •     Fixed various low repro walkthrough breaks
  •     Fixed host migration random issues specific to coop
  •     Fixed minor gameplay functionality issues
  •     Fixed aiming issues with the machine gun weapon
  •     Fixed minor and low repro QTE issue with specific animals
  •     Fixed Map Browser issues
  •     Fixed occlusion and navmesh issues
  •     Fixed some missing audio in radio calls
