Farrah Abraham Not Allowed to Drink for Six Months, Must Have Breathalyzer in Car

Farrah Abraham will have a long, dry summer thanks to a plea arrangement with prosecutors and a judge following an arrest for drunk driving in March. Abraham agreed to plead guilty in order for a reduced sentence and will serve six months probation and pay a $500 fine.

Abraham will also have to have a breathalyzer installed in her vehicle, which will only allow the car to start if she is sober. The device will be removed after September 29, when all of her driving privileges are restored.

The single mother originally told officers that she was on medication and was not drunk when they pulled her over on Saint Patrick's Day. However, she refused to submit to a field sobriety test and was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct. She eventually took a Breathalyzer test and blew a .147, which is nearly double the legal limit of .08 percent blood alcohol level.

"Yes, I was drunk," Abraham later told TV's "Dr. Phil." "I was not driving. I was parked; I drove around the corner and parked. If I was still driving, and then the cop pulled me over then, yeah, that's really driving drunk."

Abraham has been seen partying numerous times, in various clubs, leading to fears that she might have an issue. She recently came into a great deal of money thanks to an intimate adult video she made, as well as endorsements from a weight loss company and limousine service.

Abraham is the single mother of Sophia; she raised the little girl with some help from her family after Sophia's father was killed in a car accident. Abraham's entire story was told on MTV's "16 & Pregnant" as well as four seasons of the original series "Teen Mom."

She has argued with several "Teen Mom" co-stars about whether or not she is a good role model for teen girls, and teen moms, everywhere and insists that even though she made the adult video, she is proud of her actions and will share the video with her daughter when the time is right.
