The birth of Beyonce and Jay-Z’s daughter reportedly stopped a father from seeing his own newborn twins.

Neil Coulon, a Brooklyn native whose twins were born in the same Lenox Hill Hospital as the famed musicians’ daughter, told The New York Post that he was infuriated with the treatment he received.

“They just used the hospital like it was their own and nobody else mattered,” Coulon said.

The father said some of his relatives traveled four hours to witness the new addition to their family, only to be turned away by the celebrities’ people.

“They locked us into the NICU and would say, ‘You can’t come out to the hallway for the next 20 minutes,” Coulon said about the neonatal intensive-care unit in which his twins were kept. “When I finally was able to go back out, I went to the waiting room and they’d ushered my family downstairs!”

Beyonce, 30, and Jay-Z, 42, reportedly went through great lengths to secure the privacy of their child’s birth.

“Her room is bulletproof. It’s custom-made,” a Lenox Hill Hospital staff member told The Post. “They came in and reconstructed it. It’s completely different.”

Another hospital staffer told the publication, “People [were] really upset and complaining.”

Coulon, a 39-year-old contractor, was no exception. He spoke out to The Post about the unfair treatment of the other parents in the NICU during the time of Beyonce’s baby’s birth.

“These are parents who are going through very stressful times,” Coulon said. “To have that circus roll into town, having to deal with all this drama because someone is a superstar, isn’t fair.”

The artists’ baby girl, reportedly named Blu Ivy Carter, was welcomed into the world by celebrity friends and family via social media platform Twitter on Jan. 8.
