'Fifty Shades Darker' Update: No Progress Yet in Casting, Jamie Dornan to do Full Frontal Nudity?
The future of the highly anticipated sequel "Fifty Shades Darker" still looks a little dim up to today despite the news that James Foley will take over the director spot. Apparently, reports say that until now, there have been no casting progress at all for the second movie.
News Everyday noted that the sequel to "Fifty Shades of Grey" is supposed to start production early next year already. But that wouldn't be entirely possible if there is no casting director yet who will fill in the roles of key characters that should be introduced in the second movie. If the movie stays faithful to the E.L James' plot in the book, the roles that needs to be filled include Jack Hyde, Elena Lincoln or Mrs. Robinson, John Flynn and Leila Williams.
Since there were no confirmed reports, a lot of speculations surfaced all over the web. Different stars were linked to the movie including Henry Cavill, Theo James, Charlize Theron, Ian Somerhalder, Alexis Bledel and Cara Develingne. So far, Cavill is the only one who dismissed the rumors by saying that he is not in any way part of the movie at all. Who will take the vacant roles then? It seems like fans will have to patiently wait to find out.

Another question being frequently asked is if Jamie Dornan, who plays the mega-rich Christian Grey, will go full frontal nude for the erotic BDSM drama. Inquisitr reported that when "Fifty Shades of Grey" hit theaters earlier this year, some fans were a little dismayed with the first part of the trilogy because of the level of intimate scenes that were included in the movie.
Reports also say that Dornan was offered an additional $1.5 million to agree on full-frontal nude scenes in "Fifty Shades Darker." The actor has not made any comments on the rumor but it is less likely to happen because it would make the movie earn a higher rating from censorship authorities, limiting the movie's release. In order to get the R rating, the movie will need to keep it low with vulgar scenes.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is expected to be released February 10, 2017.
