Before season 5 wrapped up, the former Stark bastard and Lord Commander of the Night's Watch was seen to be killed when he was lured into a trap by disillusioned members of his brigade. But that didn't stop fans from believing that he may still rise from the dead especially since the show has had several resurrections already.

Entertainment Weekly also reported that even though the actor, producers and HBO all insisted that the characters is truly dead, many think otherwise. There were reports that Kit Harrington was once seen wearing a Snow costume in Belfast where one of the shooting areas is located.

Aside from Harrington, The Week revealed that Carice Van Houten's scenes for the upcoming season were also filmed in the same place. This has led to the speculation that the red priestess Melisandre and her powerful magic will have something to do with the return of Snow to Westeros.

He could share the same fate as Beric Dondarrion (Richard Dormer), who was frequently resurrected from the grave by Thoros (Paul Kaye). And since the Lord of Black Haven lost some of his memory, Jon Snow may also be losing something if ever he is to come back to life. Perhaps he will return without his left eye as seen on the released promotion.

The fate of Jon Snow is not yet confirmed so fans will need to watch out for its season 6 premiere which is scheduled to be sometime in April.
