Generous Giving Launches New Conference in November

Each year, Generous Giving prepares conferences around Bible teaching and Christian fellowship, seeking to affirm the spiritual calling of believers who have the eagerness, capacity and/or reputation for generosity. This year, the conference is scheduled for November 5-6, 2004 in San Antonio, Texas.

The conference’s organizers encourage givers of all income levels to attend and to experience the joy of giving and embrace a lifestyle of generosity, according to God’s word.

At the conference, believers who are blessed by God with both spiritual and material riches, will hear scriptural teaching from pastors, practical advice from professional advisors, and personal stories from givers who have experienced the joy of giving to kingdom causes.

Participants will have an opportunity to learn from their peers as well as to consider how their giving will impact eternity. Ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with their key donors; pastors are invited to attend with their key church members; and professional advisors are welcome to attend with their clients.

Generous Giving is a nonprofit educational organization whose mission is to motivate followers of Jesus Christ toward greater biblical generosity. It was launched in 2000 by the Maclellan Foundation, a recognized leader in Christian grant-making for 50 years.
