Singer George Michael is continuing to gain back his health after a severe episode of pneumonia. The pop star is currently undergoing medical treatment at a Vienna hospital.
George Michael Recovering From PneumoniaFans of the singer were left in worry over the past week as a seriously sick Michael was rushed to hospital and forced to cancel his entire European tour.
The British celebrity was admitted to intensive care due to the seriousness of his condition. However, reports have since said that the singer has no underlying health conditions, and despite him being in a bad way now, he should go on to make a full recovery.

In a statement, doctors Gottfried Locker and Christoph Zielinski said, "We are happy to announce that Mr Michael is improving steadily with an impressive regression of pneumonic symptoms and follows a steady rate of improvement as hoped.”
They added, "There are no other health issues with regards to the patient other than the underlying pneumonic disorder, and no further measures had to be taken."
"Mr Michael is receiving precisely the same treatment as any ordinary patient in Austria would receive at the hospital for this disease".
Michael, a former frontman for Wham!, is a Grammy Award winning solo artist and has sold an estimated 100 million records worldwide.
