'Grey's Anatomy' Season 10 Cast Shrinks

"Grey's Anatomy" star Jason George will most likely not be returning for season 10, as he has landed a full time recurring role on Lifetime's "Witches of East End."

On the Lifetime show, George will play a love interest to Ingrid, played by Rachel Boson, according to Hollywood Life. His character, Adam, will be an "everyman which is the local detective in the typically sleepy town of East Haven." However, the town becomes a lot less sleepy when a dead body turns up. And the love plot line between Adam and Ingrid gets a lot less cut and dry when he "arrests her mother for murder."

Lifetime has order 10 episodes of "Witches of East End" and the show will premiere in January.

Jason George has been a recurring character on "Grey's Anatomy" since 2010,and many consider him a fan favorite. While George has not officcialy announced that he won't be returning to "Grey's Anatomy," it seems highly unlikely. George will be rather busy acting as a series regular on two television shows. He also plays Dominic Taylor on the ABC show "Mistresses."

Other "Grey's Anatomy" stars are landing roles outside of the show as well. "Grey's Anatomy" star Sarah Drew, who plays Dr. April Kepner on the show, is set to appear in the upcoming movie "Mom's Night Out," according to WetPaint.com.

Camilla Luddington, who plays Dr. Jo Wilson, will be starring in the upcoming horror movie, "The Pact II." The horror sequel is expected to be released in 2014, according to IMBd.com.

And Kevin McKidd, who plays Owen Hunt on the show, will be seen in the upcoming dramatic comedy movie "North of Hell." Directed by Anthony Burns, the film is also set to be released in 2014.
