Things are about to get even more complicated for Callie on tonight's episode of ABC hit medical drama "Grey's Anatomy." For spoilers about tonight's episode from Sara Ramirez, the actress who plays Callie on the show, read on.

In an interview with TV Guide Ramirez revealed that Callie will be sued by patients in tonight's episode.

"She worked on an Olympic snowboarder and uses a hip she's never used before, so essentially it's a surgery she's never done before. She is being sued for negligence. It unfolds as a really complex and complicated situation," the actress said.

But it seems Callie will have some support as she undergoes yet another dramatic event in her life. Her father serves as a support to her in tonight's episode, according to Ramirez.

"Something to look forward to is the dynamic between father and daughter and the love that exists between them regardless of the questioning he's putting her through or the compassion he shows her. Callie's dad is coming back to reveal a surprise of his own," the actress said.

Viewers will also get to see a flashback involving Callie and Arizona. Ramirez explains that this flashback will reveal more information about Callie and Arizona's relationship.
