'Grey's Anatomy' Season 12 Episode 3 Spoilers: Is Jo Keeping a Pregnancy Secret from Alex?

Season 12 of "Grey's Anatomy" has kicked off pretty well and so far, so good. The show is set to air its third episode already and fans are in for a thrill as spoilers indicate that there might be a baby on the way. According to Realty Today, it seems like Jo (Camilla Luddington) has been keeping something big from her partner Alex (Justin Chambers).

It was seen in the new promo video for the third episode that Jo talked to her friend Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) about a secret that she has been keeping from Alex. Speculations about the surgical resident being pregnant started to emerge. Aside from that, the promo also showed a glimpse of Jo asking Alex about having kids, to which he responded in a disappointing way for Jo.

If it's true that Jo is pregnant with their first child, the couple will need to take their relationship more seriously than ever. But WetPaint noted that the secret Jo is hiding can only be either she's pregnant or she's infertile. But of course, her remark in the teaser of wanting to puke leans more to the fact that she's pregnant.

Also, Luddington disclosed during an interview that her character, Jo, and Alex will really be facing new challenges in the new season. And it's going to be a tough one at that.

And speaking of tough challenges, April (Sarah Drew) and her husband Jackson (Jesse Williams) are going through a rocky stage in their marriage. It seems like Jackson doesn't want to work things out anymore—a complete opposite of what April is trying to do.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 3 will be titled "I Choose You" and Cartermatt thinks that it has a serious romantic implication for some characters. It will air on Thursday, Oct. 8 at 8pm on ABC.
