'Grey's Anatomy' Season 12 Spoilers, Plot Rumors: Miranda Bailey as New Surgery Chief, Meredith Grey's New Housemates Drive Her Crazy

"Grey's Anatomy" has recently returned for its new season and its second episode will feature Dr. Miranda Bailey's (Chandra Wilson) new role as Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital's chief of surgery.

Episode 2 of Grey's Anatomy season 12 is titled "Walking Tall," and it will show how the Grey Sloan doctors will be unnerved with the return of Dr. Bailey's "Nazi" attitude. It seems that the promotion will bloat up Dr. Bailey's head.

In the first episode of Grey's Anatomy season 12, Dr. Bailey competed with another candidate vying for the position of Grey Sloan Memorial's new chief of surgery. She ended up impressing Dr. Catherine Avery (Debbie Allen) and Dr. Richard Webber (James Pickens, Jr.) and snagging the position.

A new teaser for "Walking Tall" shows Dr. Bailey being very cocky about her new title. The doctors, however, will be irritated with her attitude. Callie (Sara Ramirez) will bring up Dr. Bailey's old reputation as "The Nazi" in the previous seasons.

It seems that the promotion is quickly getting to her head and is changing Dr. Bailey's interaction with her colleagues. Jackson Avery, Catherine's son, will also be affected negatively by her behavior and an argument will ensue between the two, the report details.

Meanwhile, Grey's Anatomy season 12 will focus on Meredith Grey's (Ellen Pompeo) adjustment to her new housemates. She has invited her half-sister Maggie (Kelly McCreary) and sister-in-law Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) to move in with her, but they will drive her crazy, especially when it comes to their clashing principles in home decorating, Steelers Lounge reports.

Callie, on the other hand, will play hero and call Child Services to report a mother. As for her emotional status, fans will have to stay tuned to find out if she will have another love interest this season, the report adds.
