'Grey's Anatomy' Season 12 Winter Finale Spoilers: Meredith, Amelia Spat Only Worsens; Jackson, April Filled With Regret

There's a ton of intense drama and suspense emerging when the winter finale episode of ABC's hit medical drama TV series "Grey's Anatomy" airs this week. Aside from that, fans will surely find themselves at the edge of their seats as they witness how the stories of each of the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital personnel unravel.

Design and Trend shared a promo video for the upcoming episode titled "Things We Lost in the Fire." The clip opens up with a scene that is connected with the issue between April and Jackson. Fans may remember the rift between the two which ultimately forced the husband to file for a divorce. However, things get more awkward and complicated when the couple end up having sex after what seems to be a romantic dinner. It is quite obvious in the highlight reel that the doctors are having a hard time deciphering what had just happened between them.

In another development, the conflict between Owen and Nathan goes full blown when the former throws a punch on the newcomer. The previous episode revealed some truth behind their issue. Meredith Sloan tried to intervene but was swayed to the sentiments of Cristina's ex-flame. In the video, Mer is shown to be indifferent with Nathan when she asked him: "Who the h*** do you think you are?"

Mer will also have her share of conflict in the forthcoming installment. The preview showed her and Amelia having an intense moment with the latter sternly reminding the surgeon that they are sisters.

Meanwhile, the synopsis for the episode posted over at the Futon Critic teased about a major circumstance that is expected to force the medical professionals to drop their personal troubles. As stated by TFC, the hospital will be run over with firefighters who have been injured from a nearby wildfire.
