'Grimm' Season 6 Episode 13: Can Nick Survive His Final Battle?

Nick's (David Giuntoli) team already lost two of its brave warriors in last week's episode. Do they stand to lose more in the upcoming series finale of NBC's occult detective series, "Grimm"?

After six years of apprehending criminal Wesen, Nick will finally be closing a chapter in his life when the 123rd and final episode of "Grimm" airs this week. How many of his friends does he stand to lose in the battle against an enemy that has so far proven invincible to all of his efforts? Will he be able to take this enemy down without having to sacrifice his own life, or will sacrificing his life be the only way to defeat the deadly and merciless Zerstörer?

The official synopsis for "Grimm's" series finale states that Nick, despite already losing Wu (Reggie Lee) and Hank (Russell Hornsby), will continue his fight against the Zerstörer by turning to his ancestors for strength to defeat an enemy that can't be defeated by any man-made weapons. While at the Spice Shop, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell), Rosalee (Bree Turner) and Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) work together to search for answers and will eventually find out about a rare potion that may help them win a seemingly insurmountable battle.

On the other hand, Capt. Renard (Sasha Roiz) and Adalind (Claire Coffee) will do their best to protect Diana (Hannah R. Loyd) and Kelly as the Zerstörer goes after them. The official trailer shows a scene wherein Adalind screams to an unknown companion to run while the Zerstörer gains on her. Will sacrificing her own life save those of her children, or will her possible death only serve as a brief distraction for their enemy?

Trubel (Jacqueline Toboni) will also be on hand to join the fight and will do everything she can to stand by her fellow Grimm Nick's side in an episode that promises to take fans on a roller-coaster ride of emotions before finally setting things right.

The "Grimm" series finale airs on Friday, March 31 at 8 p.m. EDT on NBC.

Meanwhile, an online auction featuring props that have been used on the show will kick off after the series finale ends and will run until Thursday, April 6. Details on how to participate can be found on ScreenBid's FAQ section.
