'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2' release date, latest news: Baby Groot stars in new international poster

Marvel Studios has recently released a new international poster for the upcoming film "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2."

As reported by Comicbook, the Japanese poster features the cute and adorable Baby Groot (Vin Diesel) as he stands on a pile of explosives. The alien humanoid plant can be seen staring straight at the camera with a toothless smile forming on his lips. His left hand waves in greeting while his right hand holds on to a match, which he probably intends to use to light one of the dynamites around him.

"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" director James Gunn also shared a copy of the poster on his personal Twitter account.
