Guy Ritchie is engaged to his girlfriend, Jacqui Ainsley, and the couple is getting ready to welcome their second child. The famous "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows" director had been with Ainsley for two years before he finally popped the question.

Guy Ritchie, the 44-year-old ex-husband of pop singer Madonna, has cemented his life with Ainsley, a 30-year-old model, by proposing marriage. However, the two were already pretty cozy with their 1-year-old son, Rafael, and second child, which will be born later this year. She showed off her round belly at a premiere of "The Dark Knight Rises" this July.

"They're over the moon in love," a friend told People magazine of the couple. His representative confirmed the news to the publication as well.

The two started their relationship in April of 2010, and not long after, they started growing their family. In addition to Ritchie and Ainsley's son and child on the way, the British filmmaker also has two sons from his marriage to Madonna: Rocco and David Banda.

In 2008, Madonna divorced the director after almost 8 years of marriage, which saw him pocket a $92 million settlement and joint custody of their sons, according to The New York Post.

Though Ritchie has not discussed what caused the divorce at length, he did revealed to Details magazine that he did "enjoy" his marriage while it lasted, although it did become somewhat of a "soap opera" after a while.

"The experience was ultimately very positive. I love the kids that came out of it, and I could see no other route to take. But you move on, don't you. You're right, I stepped into a soap opera, and I lived in it for quite a long period of my life," Ritchie explained in Dec. 2011, two months after the news went public.
