Heidi Klum Responds To Seal's Cheating Accusations, Admits She Has 'Moved On'

Heidi Klum has spoken out regarding her rumored new boyfriend and allegations that she cheated on her estranged husband Seal during their marriage.

The "Project Runway" host is now said to be romantically involved in a relationship with her personal bodyguard, Martin Kristen, but Seal, 49, recently suggested that Klum, 39, had been unfaithful in their marriage which prompted a public response from the Supermodel.

"I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created together over the years. Our separation was based on issues between the two of us," Klum told Us Weekly magazine in a statement. "Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children."

Klum abruptly separated from Seal in January and after seven years marriage filed for divorce in April. She has been photographed spending more alone time with Kristen in recent weeks, and Seal recently suggested that her new found romance was the reason that they're marriage ended.

"I guess you now all have the answer that you've been looking for for the past seven months," Seal told TMZ.com when asked about Klum moving on.

"I preferred Heidi would have showed a little bit more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help," he went on.

Klum denies that her new relationship with Kristen began before her separation from Seal, and through her rep dismissed his statement as being "false."

"It is sad that Seal has to resort to false accusations," Klum's rep said.

A source recently admitted that Klum and Kristen are "very close," but explained that their relationship is still "undefined."

Klum and Seal share four children Leni, Henry, Johan and Lou. Their divorce has reportedly turned nasty with new reports suggesting that Seal is eager to get a significant portion of Klum's $70 million fortune.
