As for its cameras, the iPad Air 3 will reportedly come with a 13-megapixel rear shooter and a 5-megapixel front camera. A fingerprint sensor may also be included in the device, the report relays. The updated iPad Air could also sport an ultra-thin body, but basically the same size and shape as that of its predecessor. It may come with a 4K display, but this is not guaranteed.

Should Apple decide to release the iPad Air 3 before the fall, it will run the iOS 9. However, it may use the iOS 10 if it comes out later this year.

Chinese tech website My Drivers predicts that Apple will unveil the iPad Air 3 alongside the Apple Watch 2 in an event in March.

While Apple has not yet confirmed any of the rumors about the iPad Air 3, it is best to take this piece of news with a grain of salt. More details on the device are expected to be announced when its official release date draws near.
