Jennifer Lawrence News: 'Hunger Games' Actress Under Fire for Wearing Same Dress Two Days in a Row

After a video clip showing her pole dancing moves only wearing a bra as her top surfaced online earlier this week, recent photos of Jennifer Lawrence place her at the center of controversy once more despite being fully clothed this time.

It was at the earlier part of this week when Lawrence became a hot topic online after a video footage shows her only wearing a bra as her upper body wardrobe while pole dancing at a friend's birthday party in Vienna, Austria.

Amid the controversy of the said video footage, Lawrence came up with a post on her official Facebook page and vented out her sentiments. In the said post, Lawrence reveals she does not regret letting her guards down that evening as she enjoyed the night and clarifies she was not wearing a bra but an Alexander Wang top.

"Nobody wants to be reminded that they tried to dance on a stripper pole by the internet. It was one of my best friend's birthdays and I dropped my paranoia guard for one second to have fun. I'm not going to apologize, I had a BLAST that night," Lawrence explains.

However, criticisms on the "Hunger Games" actress are far from being over. Yesterday, photos of Lawrence leaving the house of her boyfriend Darren Aronofsky's Manhattan house place the actress at the center of controversy once more for wardrobe reasons. While Lawrence was spotted wearing a slip-inspired and off-white maxi-dress yesterday, May 19, reports claim that she was also spotted wearing the very same outfit the day before, May 18, as photographed by the paparazzis.

This is not the first time that Lawrence generated controversy for her wardrobe or lack thereof. In 2014, the actress' phone was hacked, leading to her private photos to be readily available online. Fearing that her leaked nude photos would end her career, Lawrence insisted that the hacking and the leaking of her privacy is not a scandal but a sex crime.

"It's disgusting. Anybody who looked at those pictures, you're perpetuating a sexual offense. You should cower with shame," Lawrence said back then.
