Jessica Simpson Posts Sweet Message to Eric Johnson Ahead of Wedding (Photo)

Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson are preparing for their wedding any day now, but not before the happy couple celebrates their four-year anniversary this week.

The fashion designer and Johnson, a former tight end for the San Franciso 49ers, have been together since May 2010 and the pair share two children together. In light of their four-year relationship milestone, Simpson shared a sweet message on Instagram honoring her fiancé.

"Happy 4yr anniversary baby!! I am so honored to be the mother of your babies and loved by you every moment," she wrote, along with a photo of the couple kissing.

In another post, Simpson and Johnson posed in front of a colorful art installation with the caption, "I can't wait to marry you!!! Best 4yrs of my life!!!"

Simpson not only honored her fiancé with the meaningful posts, but the fashion mogul also displayed her weight loss while posing in a form-fitting dress and high heels. The 33-year-old previously admitted that she was holding off on her nuptials until she felt comfortable with her weight, and she has been diligently working with Weight Watchers to get there.

"Knowing that I have the wedding coming up is an incentive to stay on Weight Watchers, count my points and stay in the gym," Simpson explained in a Weight Watchers advertisement. "When you see my dress, you'll know."

In a more recent interview, Simpson revealed even more about her impending wedding, including its July 4 date.

"It'll definitely be extravagant," she said while on the "Today" show on May 19. "I don't do things small."

Instead of following the original plan to wed in Italy, Simpson and Johnson have opted to tie the knot near their home in California, according to an insider.

"Jessica is having something unique made," the source told Us Weekly. "It will be very different from the Vera Wang she wore to wed Nick Lachey [in 2002]."
