Justin Bieber Allegedly Impregnated Fan: Is Teenage Heartthrob a Father?

Justin Bieber is accused of impregnating a 20-year-old woman after meeting the fan backstage at a Los Angeles concert.

Bieber's team said these reports are "malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false."

The woman, Mariah Yeater, alleged she had a tryst with the teenage singer backstage at an L.A. concert at the Staples Center. She is now claiming a paternity suit against the star that was filed Monday.

Yeater said she met Bieber after a security guard asked her if she wanted to see the pop star, and then the guard escorted her backstage to meet him.

"Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss,” said Yeater in the hand-written complaint.

“Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time,” Yeater added.

A representative for Bieber told TMZ: "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

The alleged "private area" was a bathroom.

“We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically,” Yeater claimed.

She then said, Bieber began to touch her and said he wanted to engage in sexual activity. When Yeater asked Bieber to use protection, he insisted otherwise because "it was his first time and he wanted to feel everything."

Yeater claimed the whole affair happened in less than a minute. Her child is 3-months-old. Key aspects to this story are the possible rape charges for Yeater. Bieber was 16 at the time and under California law, the age of consent is 18.

Steve Cron, a California defense lawyer, told the New York Post: “Under a normal situation, no harm, no foul ... I would think [prosecutors] might let it go. But under these circumstances, the DA’s office has to show they’re not treating women differently, not treating a celebrity differently, [and] they might have to do something.”

A hearing for the paternity suit is set to take place Dec. 15.
