Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez on Again? Family Friend Links Exes, Quickly Deletes Tweet

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber sparked reconciliation rumors over the weekend when a Twitter user sent out a suspicious tweet.

On Sunday Twitter user Victoria Nosoko, an alleged family friend of Bieber's, raised eyebrows when she tweeted about her birthday celebrations in Canada. An initial tweet suggested that Nosoko celebrated her birthday with both the "Confident" singer, 20, and the former Disney star, 21, among others, however, it has since been deleted.

"Had a awesome b day weekend. Thanks to @ErinWagner @JeremyBieber @justinbieber @selenagomez @CrazyKhalil had a blast!!" Nosoko tweeted on June 8.

The tweet immediately left some fans speculating whether Bieber and Gomez were spending time together which prompted Nosoko to issue a correction. She replaced Gomez with Bieber's mother Pattie Mallete.

"Oops wrong name in my last tweet.....what it meant to say..... Had an amazing b day weekend thank you @ErinWagner @JeremyBieber @justinbieber @pattiemallette @CrazyKhalil had a blast!!" she wrote in a series of tweets.

Bieber and Gomez have no publicly responded to the tweet and it is unclear whether they are still friends.

The pair, who have dated on and off since 2011, reportedly split in April after an alleged fight at the Coachella music festival. Gomez has had a difficult year following her stint in rehab back in January.

"They had a big fight after Coachella but she hasn't been broadcasting the details," a source told HollywoodLife.com at the time.

"She's very private when it comes to her and Justin, it's really embarrassing for her, so she tries to keep it very private," the insider revealed. "All I know is that after Coachella, she was a mess and she and Justin are fighting again."

The "Come & Get It" singer has since been linked to One Direction singer Niall Horan after the pair were spotted together at a Katy Perry concert in London.

"Selena had a much-needed night full of fun with Niall. He was a complete gentleman, totally down-to-earth and their date night to see Katy [Perry]'s show was above all drama-free!" an insider said.
