Kandi Burruss' Friend Carmon Reveals Origin of Todd Tucker Rumors

Carmon Cambrice, the good friend of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" singer Kandi Burruss, is finally speaking out about the dissension between Burruss and her mother Joyce Jones.

Jones, who is referred to as Mama Joyce on the hit Bravo TV series, has vehemently disagreed with her singer-songwriter daughter's decision to marry her now-husband, broadcast producer Todd Tucker. After Mama Joyce accused Burruss' friend and assistant Carmon of acting inappropriately with Tucker, fans of the Bravo TV reality television network witnessed an argument almost turn violent.

Now that Burruss' wedding and the moments leading up to it will be broadcast in her spinoff series, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta: Kandi's Wedding Special," Carmon is revealing the status of her relationship with Mama Joyce.

"We don't talk, so I don't know where her feelings are at this point," Carmon told Sister 2 Sister. "She was like a mother to me. I spent every summer at her house. She used to introduce me as her daughter, but now she doesn't talk to me."

Carmon revealed the origin of her issues with Mama Joyce.

"It started I think about two Thanksgivings ago. I don't know where the story comes from or how it developed or who the people in the street are, but Mama Joyce came up with a story that some people said that I had ate some food off of Todd's plate," Carmon detailed to S2S. "It developed from eating something off his plate. From there, it just grew legs and the story continued to grow. It was disappointing."

While Carmon is Burruss' childhood friend who served as her maid of honor recently, she admitted that she is now mindful of her relationship with Tucker.

"It definitely changed the dynamics of me and Todd's relationship. We're in the house and we're working and we're doing something…if [Kandi] walked out the room, I found myself always leaving as well, if he was in the room," she revealed to S2S Magazine. "If we were out and I was standing next to him, it's like, Okay. Let me move.'"

Despite accusing Tucker of being an opportunist and unfaithful to his fiancee, Mama Joyce appeared with Carmon at Burruss' wedding last month. However, Burruss admitted that things did not go smoothly with her mother before she walked down the aisle last month.

"I didn't think that she was going to say anything, but I wanted her attitude to get better. She kind of put a damper on my mood," Burruss said on "The View" recently. "In the days leading up to the wedding, there were a lot of moments where I was like, 'Uh oh,' I didn't know."

Fans of Burruss will witness her mother, friend and husband beginning June 1 on her Bravo spinoff series.
