The Kardashian clan debuted its annual Christmas card on Monday and as expected, there are new additions to this year's family photo. Surprisingly, though, Kim Kardashian's boyfriend Kanye West was not among them.
The reality TV family did what they do best and posed before cameras while dressed in head-to-toe white outfits. Their usual ear-to-ear grins and glamorous hair and makeup were noticeable, as was West's absence.
Although the rapper, who began dating Kim earlier this year, has never been included in the family's yearly tradition, many fans expected that like her sisters Kourtney and Khloe, the 32-year-old would include her partner.
According to one report West, 35, was not included because Kim has only ever had her first husband on the family card.
"Kanye is 100 percent not on the family Christmas card. Kim has never had a boyfriend on the family Christmas card. The only guy she's ever had on the family card was [Damon Thomas]," a source told InTouch magazine.
"If she marries Kanye, he'll be on the card. If they get pregnant before they get married, it will have to be discussed with the family. That's how Scott (Kourtney's boyfriend) got on the cards," the source added.

The new additions include Kourtney's new baby Penelope Scotland Disick and Kim's now-deceased kitten Mercy. The card text humorously acknowledges each family member.
"Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, Kim was waiting for Santa, while her cat Mercy played with a mouse," the card's opening line states. "Kendall and Kylie hung their stockings on the chimney with care, as Rob was wondering why his SOCK designs were not there!"
"Penelope and Mason were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of diapers danced in Kourtney and Scott's heads!" the card reads before acknowledging the Kardashian matriarch. "As Kris was enjoying her round of nightcaps, Bruce settled down for a long winter's nap."
"Bam! Out of nowhere appeared Santa so chipper!!!" the text goes on before ending with "Excited to hear that Lamar is a Clipper!!! Khloé! He exclaimed as he drove out of sight, you're an amazing X Factor Host, indeed such a delight!!!"
