Kardashians Shop for Burial Plots, Purchasing Own Graves

The Kardashian family was recently photographed at a Hollywood cemetery where they were reportedly shopping for their own burial plots.

Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Rob Kardashian were accompanied by their parents Kris and Bruce Jenner strolled through the Hollywood Forever cemetery in Los Angeles and scoped out several burial plots including one which featured a giant mausoleum, according to TMZ.com.

The Kardashian sisters had specific concerns about sizing and sought out extensive land for their graves, as they reportedly included space for their unborn children it has been revealed. The cemetery is said to be different to the one where Robert Kardashian, who passed away in 2003, is buried.

The glum bunch were reportedly accompanied by their camera crew, and the entire experience is expected to air on the family's E! reality TV show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

Some critics suspect that the bizarre event may have been staged for publicity, which the family is often accused of trying to gain.

On Thursday, reports began swirling that Kris Jenner, the Kardashian matriarch, may have staged Kim's infamous sex tape herself in a bid to gain publicity for her daughter.

Despite Kim openly revealing that she felt humiliated when her tape was leaked in 2007, Jenner, 56, is said to be pleased with the publicity that the family has received from it, according to Hollywood Life.

"When news broke that Kris helped Kim make her famous sex-tape, Kris could care less. For Kris, publicity is publicity, whether it's good or bad," a source told HL.

"Kris has always said that remaining in the spotlight is what generates fame and money. It's all business for Kris and she feels like one day her daughters will thank her, regardless if they feel embarrassed or humiliated by certain stories that are revealed to the public," the insider added.
