The photographs have fueled speculation that the exes are still romantically involved.
Tran, who reportedly spent Sunday night partying with friends at Greystone Manor in L.A., parked her blue Porsche alongside Brown's white sports car before eventually exiting the residence and driving away, according to theYbf.com.
On Saturday night, the pair sparked rumors of a reconciliation after attending a mutual friend's birthday party together, just two days after Brown, 23, ended his relationship with the 24-year-old model.
On Thursday, Brown, who broke up with Bajan singer Rihanna in 2009 following a domestic assault incident, confirmed that he had ended his 2-year relationship with Tran over the pop star.
"I don't want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don't want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna," Brown reportedly told TMZ.com. "I'd rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives."
Tran reportedly suspected that Brown was involved with Rihanna, 24, for several weeks because his behavior allegedly became increasingly unusual. The "Turn Up The Music" singer reportedly began going to nightclubs alone, acting distant toward Tran and increasing his public appearances with Rihanna, a source reportedly told TMZ.
"He's famous, he hit another girl … I didn't think it would last," Hiep Tran, who identified himself as Tran's uncle, reportedly told Celebuzz.com. "[Karrueche's] strong and she moves on. She probably just realized it's not a good idea to be around a famous person and so many problems."
Brown was reportedly spotted kissing Rihanna at a New York nightclub just one week ago and days later they were photographed enjoying Jay-Z's concert at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on Oct. 3 together. Brown has not confirmed whether or not he and Rihanna have reconciled following his split from Tran.
