Kelly Clarkson in Love with Boyfriend, 'We're Very Super Real' (VIDEO)

Kelly Clarkson is not afraid to tell the whole world that she is happy and in love.

The pop star, who is infamous for her angst filled break-up songs, is singing to a different tune these days alongside country voice Brandon Blackstock. Clarkson, 30, and Blackstock, 35, have been dating since late last year but for the first time the "Miss Independent" singer is declaring her love.

The singer had previously admitted that she was ready to make time in her life for a relationship after slaving to a demanding career and now says that she appreciates the fact that her new beau can understand the pressure.

"One of my favorite things is we're both in the business," Clarkson recently told People magazine. "He gets my job and he gets how busy it can get, and he gets the sacrifices that we both have to make with our jobs."

The singer also forewarned that there wouldn't be any strange news surfacing about her and Blackstock because they simply weren't "cool" enough to be gossiped about.

"We're very super real – like, what you see is what you get," she said. "So I don't think we're cool enough to have something super surprising [about us]."

Regardless, the lack of a shock value has not stopped that star from admitting that she feels happier, stronger, and far more smitten than she has come across in many of her albums.

"I think as you get old though, too, you just get less worried about the little stuff that doesn't matter and you focus more on the bigger picture," she told People. "And, you know, I'm also in love."

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger right?

"I'm just super happy right now. Are you?" Clarkson added.
