Khloe Kardashian has lost a substantial amount of weight which she has been flaunting and now her celebrity trainer has been sharing her secrets.
Kardashian, the 29-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, has a strict fitness and diet regimen, according to her celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson.
"Khloé works so hard. She's killing it in the gym," Peterson told E!. "There are no shortcuts."
He went on to detail her workouts.
"You get definition from repetition…that includes repetition in the act of going to the gym," Gunnar told E!. "Khloé comes in three, four, five times a week, and that's someone who has an incredibly demanding schedule."
Kardashian said her mission earlier this year was to wear a midriff baring top, something she has achieved multiple times.
"My 2014 mission is to wear a crop top with jeans," told British Cosmopolitan as the February cover girl. "I've never done that so it has to happen one day."
Kardashian previously had naysayers when it came to her weight, but she learned to take the criticism in stride.
"I want to say I don't care, but of course [comments about my body] are going to sting," Kardashian told Cosmo U.K. last year. "I have to do whatever is good for me… I feel that I'm healthier [now], but I don't think I'm prettier thinner."
Khloe has been outspoken about people who criticize her weight and has even defended her brother Rob Kardashian who gained a substantial amount of weight last year.
"People give, especially guys, such a hard time to lose weight, because people expect men to lose weight so much faster," Khloe said in a previous interview, according to Perez Hilton. "But losing weight in general is so hard and it takes a lot of time and determination. It doesn't happen in one day!"
