Kim Kardashian Baby Bump: Star Posts Photos After Faked Pregnancy Claims (PHOTO)

Kim Kardashian, who was accused of faking her pregnancy earlier this week, posted photos of her baby bump on Twitter to refute the claims.

The reality star took to Instagram and Twitter on Saturday, posting pictures of herself and her growing baby bump under the caption "baby love."

The star posted two photos of herself side by side. In the first photo she is wearing a white t-shirt and black legging pants, while showing off her baby bump with a hand on her hip. In the second photo the star maintains the same posture, but with a lifted shirt to reveal her bare baby bump.

Earlier in the week a source speaking to the National Enquirer accused Kardashian of faking her pregnancy for the sake of another publicity stunt. Other reports have come down heavy on the star for the weight that she has gained during pregnancy and her choices in maternity wear.

"The extra stress isn't what she needs at the moment," a source told The Sun. "She's concentrating on the birth and Kim finds the nasty comments about her weight very distracting and hurtful."

The source also insisted that remarks made in the Enquirer were false.

"The reports claiming she's not actually pregnant or her bump has vanished overnight are completely ridiculous and untrue," the source added.

Kardashian further substantiated her pregnancy on Twitter, with most fans pouring in their support.

"Your baby is going to be so cute. Can't wait to see him/her!!" one fan wrote.

One fan made harsh racial remarks, but others stepped in to defend the reality star.

"Why do ppl have to say something bad, if you dnt like it, dnt comment, a baby is a blessing!!! Cute pic!!" a second fan wrote.
