Kim Kardashian has come under fire following a new report which claims that the reality TV personality mocks her fans and once even referred to them as "stupid" and "gullible."
Kris Humphries, Kardashian's estranged husband, is reportedly intent on releasing damning evidence in court about the 31-year-old, including how much she disrespects her fans, who she often refers to as "dolls" along with her alleged obsession with plastic surgery, according to Star Magazine.
"Kris has text and voicemails from Kim," a source told Star magazine. "Where she calls her audience 'gullible,' 'stupid imbeciles,' 'boring little nobodies' and 'pathetic people with no lives of their own.'"
Kardashian, who filed from divorce from Humphries in October after just 72 days of marriage, has previously denied ever going under the knife, but new evidence could finally prove otherwise.
"Kim's gotten liposuction, three nose jobs, a boob job and work done on her butt," the source said. "She can't stop with the plastic surgery and I don't think she ever will."
The estranged couple is scheduled to start individual depositions at the end of June, and their divorce battle has become increasingly nasty in recent weeks.
On Tuesday, Kardashian served Myla Sinanaj, a woman romantically linked to Humphries, with a subpoena and will be questioned by her attorney Laura Wasser about her involvement with the 28-year-old NBA star, according to TMZ.
The woman, who has been dubbed a Kim Kardashian look-a-like by various media outlets, recently had a falling out with Humphries after she allegedly exaggerated what their relationship is to the media.
The woman claims that they were in a serious relationship, which critics believe could harm Humphries in court, and recently hired attorney Joe Tacopina after Humphries' team allegedly accused her of extortion.
"Myla and Kris are absolutely not in a relationship. Have they hooked up? Absolutely, and she was pressuring Kris for a commitment, but he has been very honest with her that there was no way that was going to happen," a source close to the situation told Radar Online.
Humphries has requested an annulment as opposed to a divorce for his marriage to Kardashian, arguing that she married him under fraudulent terms.
If Wasser is able to prove that Humphries and Sinanaj were in a serious relationship, it could harm his claim that he was heartbroken after allegedly discovering that Kardashian married him for publicity and financial gain.
"It would be pretty hard to claim that you are broken hearted if you are dating [Sinanaj] just two months after the marriage broke up. My client's relationship with Kris goes to heart of his claim against Kim Kardashian and that could hurt him, certainly," Tacopina said.
