Kim Kardashian News: Reality Star Teases New Features of Her App, Talks Social Media at Tech Conference

Kim Kardashian has proven that she is more than just your average reality show star. Aside from being a wife to rapper Kanye West and a mother to their daughter North, she is also a savvy entrepreneur as she and her sisters are behind a very lucrative clothing line as well as a cosmetic line. She also has her own app—"The Kim Kardashian: Hollywood" game, which was released in June 2014 and earned a whopping $1.6 million in its first five days of release.

Recently, Kardashian has made an appearance at the Re/code Mobile Tech Conference and was interviewed by Re/code boss Kara Swisher.

Before her interview, Kardashian visited the team who was making new aspects of her game. Mood boards hinting at the latest features that will soon be offered to users were presented to her, according to Daily Mail. One of the boards was about family and contained mock-ups of her mother Kris and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe. Another board featured Halloween costumes, including those that look similar to what the star wore in 2010 and 2012. Another board shows users how they can have their own deluxe wedding just like what Kardashian and West had in Italy.

During the interview, the reality star said that she now puts boundaries on herself and her mobile usage.

"I took a while to share things with my daughter, and I still don't share everything they do on a daily basis," she said.

Kardashian also said that she loves using the Blackberry.

"People are horrified that I use a Blackberry, but I'll never get rid of it—if you have to handle an email and you have to type fast, I need that board," she admitted. She admitted that she also has an iPhone, which she uses for social media as well as photos.
