Kris Humphries, 27-year-old Brooklyn Nets forward who is in the process of getting a divorce from reality television star Kim Kardashian, will reportedly subpoena her rapper boyfriend's ex-girlfriend, Amber Rose, during the court proceedings.

While Kardashian has insisted that her relationship with the rapper has only taken a romantic turn recently, Rose's comments in an interview given months ago seem to tell another tale.
In a December interview with Star magazine, 28-year-old Rose referred to Kardashian as a "homewrecker" who came between her relationship with West.
"Kim is one of the main reasons why me and Kanye are not together," Rose told Star magazine. "She was sending pictures, and I was like, 'Kim, just stop. Don't be that person.' I thought at least she'd be woman enough to respond to me. She never responded."
Although Rose later apologized for calling Kardashian a derogatory term, she did stand by her claims that the reality television star contributed to the end of her relationship with West in 2010.
"At the end of the day, I want to apologize to Kim for calling her a homewrecker," Rose told The Huffington Post in January. "It was something I had to get off my chest so people knew the truth. I wasn't trying to hurt anyone's feelings."
Sources close to Humphries' team said Rose's knowledge of Kardashian and West's past infidelities may cause them to call the engaged model into a courtroom.
"(They) will absolutely be issuing a subpoena for Amber Rose to be deposed because she has very relevant information and could contradict Kim's timeline about when she and Kanye West became romantically involved," the source told RadarOnline.com. "Kris' team hasn't spoken to Amber yet, but they are hopeful that she will be a cooperative witness. If Kris' lawyers determine she will be a hostile witness, they will still depose her because they just want to get to the truth."
