Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's Fans Push for Reunion Despite Upcoming Wedding to FKA Twigs

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's fans still want the former "Twilight" couple to reunite despite the actor's upcoming wedding to singer FKA Twigs.

Fans still have not gotten over Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's past romance. On Twitter, several of them are posting statuses conveying their hope that the former couple would come back together and push FKA Twigs out of the way, according to an MStarz report cited by Realty Today.

There were earlier speculations that Stewart and Pattinson would reunite on screen, but that idea now seems highly unlikely. Hollywood Life said Stewart was open to a reunion with her former flame, but Twigs and Pattinson's family do not want it to push through, the report relays.

However, Pattison's family and fiancée reportedly have nothing to fear about a reunion with Stewart because the actress is rumored to be dating her "Equals" co-star Nicholas Hoult, the report details.

As of now, both Stewart and Pattinson appear to be happy where they are. Both have separately gravitated to the indie film industry since their breakup and have grown in terms of their career and personal lives, Design & Trend (D&T) reports.

In an interview with Diva magazine, Stewart revealed that she has been avoiding blockbuster films and now chooses to star in smaller movies that can meet her artistic needs, the report adds.

"I need to choose films based on what my gut instincts tell me," D&T quotes Stewart's statement to Diva. "I made a conscious decision to avoid blockbusters and choose smaller projects that might attract less attention, but are going to satisfy me artistically."

Pattinson, on the other hand, recently starred in an indie film titled "Life" as a photographer named Dennis Stock. He also portrayed the role of a journalist in "Childhood of a Leader."

Despite fans' clamor for a reunion between Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, the former lovers seem to be contented with their separate careers and even romantic lives. Pattinson is set to marry his fiancée FKA Twigs soon.
