Kristen Stewart new movies 2015 news: On 'Twilight' reboot: 'I would be interested.'

It's been seven years since the first release of "Twilight", the movie. The vampire-themed fantasy romance written by Stephenie Meyer was a hit on the big screen. But what if a reboot of "Twilight" were to happen? Will fans continue to support it? Will the main stars from the original movie reprise their roles? The first one to comment about the reboot is Kristen Stewart who played the role of Bella in all five movie adaptations of Meyer's novel.

According to a report by Refinery29, the actress recently sat down for an interview with Mike Ryan from Uproxx wherein he asked the "Equals" star regarding the planned reboot of "Twilight." He asked her if she would be cool seeing the films remade with another actress cast as Bella, to which she answered, "Yeah, sure. To be honest with you: I would be interested. I'd be kind of fascinated, but it wouldn't emotionally affect me one way or the other."

The actress also admitted being hesitant in reprising her role as Bella in the franchise. She stated that even though she loved doing the movie, it doesn't mean that she would want to do it all over again. "It's hard to speak to a five-year period in a few sentences, but I loved doing it. But that doesn't mean I want to keep doing it," states Stewart. She also added that even if years have already passed, she still feels "fascinated" of Meyer's vampire-themed saga.

According to Yibada, since the first part of the saga was released in 2008, Stewart pointed out that a reboot may not happen so soon. But if that time comes and will finally happen, Stewart said that she would give her 100 percent support on whoever will be the new stars chosen to play as Bella, Edward and Jacob.
