Lamar Odom Recovery Rumors, Latest News: Former Basketball Star Goes for a Hike with Khloe and Kim

Lamar Odom appears to be on the road to full recovery with the latest news that he, along with his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian and sis-in-law Kim, recently went for a walk on an outdoor trail. Kim, the wife of singer Kanye West, posted a photo online with the caption "Super Soul Sunday time before Super Bowl Sunday time with Khloe and Lamar."

That morning before they went on for the hike, Khloe also had a live stream of the family breakfast wherein one can hear Odom talking to Rob Kardashian. This is another remarkable part of his progress considering that he even had some difficulty recognizing friends and family during his stay at the hospital.

Right now, everything looks promising for Lamar. Let's just hope he'll make a full recovery.
