'Limitless' Season 1 Recap, Spoilers: What To Expect in 'The Legend of Marcos Ramos'

On last week's showing of CBS's brand new action-packed science-fiction drama TV series, "Limitless," fans were finally able to get a much closer and intimate glimpse on how a person like Brian Finch operates under the effects of NZT.

Thanks to Rebecca, Brian was finally able to land a gig in the FBI but it's not what he expected it to be. He ends up getting stuck behind a desk sifting through files while at the same time learning some new language.

Under the directive from the head of the agency, he was also put under tight security for fear that he might run wild outside.

But nothing could stop the restless NZT-influenced Finch from cracking the case involving the death of a journalist that Harris and Boyle are currently dealing with.

Finch lets himself out from the vicinity and was able to get his hands on the materials he needed to prove his case to the two FBI agents. During his time outside, he was also able to attend to the matters concerning his father's health insurance care.

He did the escape twice and during these times, Finch was able to accomplish a lot of other things that both impressed and pissed off the FBI. He was, in fact, almost fired from the job but Rebecca intervened and the plot to kill an army general with a genetically mutated virus got thwarted.

Meanwhile, Brian tries to learn more about Senator Eddie Mora. Much to his surprise and horror, he found out that Eddie's own attending nurse is now working for his father, too.

In the new episode titled "The Legend of Marcos Ramos," Brian once again assists his superiors investigating the murder of a retired FBI agent. Following the trail, they soon stumble upon a link to the elusive head of a notorious drug cartel. Meanwhile, the show's lead character reconnects with an old flame. He is, however, quite unsure about the nature of his renewed interest with the woman.

"Limitless" airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on CBS.
