Golden State Warriors' Stephen Curry leads the Fantasy draft for the upcoming 2016-17 NBA season

The Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors will play a preseason game this Saturday night at 10:00 p.m. at the T-Mobile Arena.

Lakers Pre-season Performance

The Los Angeles Lakers are currently 2-3 in their pre-season standing. They won their first game convincingly against the Sacramento Kings with a score of 103-84. This was followed by a loss to the Denver Nuggets in a close match; final score of 97-101.

The third Lakers pre-season game was a rematch against the Nuggets. This time, the Lakers won with a final score of 124-115. The fourth match was an overtime loss to the Portland Trail Blazers, with the Lakers losing 106-109.

Finally, the Lakers lost in their fifth pre-season match against the Sacramento Kings with a final score of 104-116. In that game, D'Angelo Russell led the Lakers in terms of points and assists, with 31 and 11 respectively. Julius Randle led the team in rebounds with 10.

New head coach Luke Walton has expressed his approval of the Lakers' pre-season performance after their loss to the Trail Blazers. Walton said, "We're doing a really good job of penetrating and putting pressure on defenses with little interior passes and trying to get downhill on things. But the weak side's wide open."

Warriors Pre-season Performance

The Golden State Warriors are currently 3-1 in their pre-season standing. They started off their pre-season with a loss to the Toronto Raptors. The final score of that game was 97-93. This was followed by three consecutive wins. In the second game, held on October 4 against the Los Angeles Clippers, the Warriors showed their ability to dominate, scoring 120-75.

The third game was against the Sacramento Kings, which they won with a score of 105-96. Finally, in their latest pre-season game, the Warriors barely won against the Denver Nuggets, courtesy of rookie Patrick McCaw's heroics; first by hitting a long-distance three point shot to send the game to overtime, then a running floater buzzer beater to seal the game.

Pre-season Schedules

After the Los Angeles Lakers game on Saturday, the Warriors will face them again on October 19, 7:00 p.m. Wednesday. Finally, the Warriors will have a final pre-season match against the Portland Trail Blazers on October 21, 7:30 p.m. Friday.

Meanwhile, the Lakers final pre-season game will be against the Phoenix Suns on October 21, Friday, 7:00 p.m. The game will be held at Honda Center, Anaheim California.
