'Madam Secretary' Season 3 Episode 14: Daisy's New Romance Hits A Snag

Daisy's (Patina Miller) potential romance with Kevin (Justin Baldoni) may be nipped in the bud in the upcoming episode of "Madam Secretary."

In the episode titled "Labor of Love," the synopsis (according to CarterMatt) reveals that Elizabeth's (Téa Leoni) press coordinator will find out something shocking about her attractive co-worker. This will likely put a wedge between them, ending what could have been a good relationship.

It has not been long since Kevin joined the State Department, but he and Daisy clicked from the start. She found him attractive and interesting, someone she could see herself dating. What secret could Kevin be keeping?

Meanwhile, Elizabeth's negotiation skills will once again be put to a test when her team handles another tricky situation. The war between the Colombian government and the rebels is coming to an end, thanks to a pact decided upon by both parties. The son of the president and the daughter of the rebel leader are going to be married. Everything has been set, until the preparations hit a snag. If the wedding will not take place, the deal everyone has worked hard for will go down the drain.

The Americans have invested a lot in the treaty. President Dalton (Keith Carradine) wants Elizabeth to handle the potential problem. In the promo photos released, it looks like the problem lies with the rebel's daughter. The Colombian president and her son are shown at Dalton's office. They appear to be discussing possible scenarios that will happen if the wedding will be called off. Elizabeth and her team are also present. Everyone looks concerned. What must be done so that peace will prevail in the South American country?

Elsewhere, Jay (Sebastian Arcelus) is struggling with his problems from home. His marriage to Abby (Stephanie J. Block) is on the rocks. His wife has been complaining about his preoccupation with work. She thinks Jay has been taking her and their daughter for granted. Elizabeth's policy advisor will have to decide what must be done to pacify Abby and save his marriage.
