'Magical Circle Guru Guru' Episode 16 Spoilers: Can Nike and Crew Defend Alahabica?

Nike and his crew have just overtaken Alahabica, but their fight to return the old Kukuri has only just begun on the Japanese parody anime series "Magical Circle Guru Guru."

Since it was Kukuri's will to conceal her true feelings for her hero, Nike, that led to her eventual transformation into a mischievous demon, Derida's advice to Nike was to treat her as his girlfriend and let her work through her anger.

Moreover, they have also discovered that the imaginary town of Alahabica was the work of Migu Migu Clan as a way of concealing the daemon. This knowledge has eventually led them to the tower that was being inhabited by the villainous Lord Kaya, whom they were eventually able to chase away.

Now that they have overtaken the tower, and, in effect, the town of Alahabica, Nike has vowed to protect the tower at all cost. And in the process, also protect Kukuri and her heart until such time that she has overcome her anger and returned to her old self.

However, it is also fairly obvious that Lord Kaya is not done with them yet and that he may be planning a counterattack that could endanger both the town of Alahabica and Kukuri.

What could the villain be planning on doing next, and how will this affect Nike's hope of ever seeing the old Kukuri once again?

The next episode may hold the answer as its title, "Defense! The Panfos Ruins!" suggests an upcoming intense battle between the forces of good and evil. Can Nike and his crew hold their own against Lord Kaya's counterattack?

"Magical Circle Guru Guru" airs on Tuesdays late night at 1:35 a.m. JST on TV Tokyo. Information on other broadcast schedules and online resources can be found on the series' official site. Episodes are also available in selected regions outside Japan via Crunchyroll.
