Maks Chmerkovskiy Addresses Meryl Davis, J. Lo Dating Rumors

Maks Chmerkovskiy addressed the numerous dating rumors about him via Twitter on Friday, June 13.

The professional dancer on "Dancing with the Stars" has been named in romances with both his "DWTS" partner Meryl Davis and with Jennifer Lopez. However, Chmerkovskiy silenced the rumor mill with a message to Twitter.

"I've got 4 words for everyone: LIVE AND LET LIVE! NAMASTE Y'ALL," the 34-year-old Ukrainian tweeted.

While Chmerkovskiy did not directly address the scuttlebutt surrounding his love life, the dancer urged the world to stop speculating altogether. Namaste is the acknowledgement the soul in one body to the soul in another. The saying is normally coupled with hands together over the heart, thumbs in, with the eyes closed and head bowed.

Despite Chmerkovskiy's message, rumors of his personal life continue to swirl. Following his first "DWTS" win in May, the dancer was believed to be in a relationship with his partner on the ABC television series, Davis. The dancing duo had electric chemistry in the ballroom, and Chmerkovskiy furthered the rumors when he declared that he "loved" the Olympic ice skater.

"She's an amazing person," he gushed while speaking to Us Weekly. "I love her, I love her. I love her as a person and for what she has allowed me to do with our choreography and how much she's embraced it… I literally had a perfect partnership with Meryl. Everything just came together."

Almost simultaneously, Chmerkovskiy was named in reports alongside Jennifer Lopez.

"It's really new," a source close to 44-year-old singer told Confidenti@l.

However, Lopez dismissed the rumors via Twitter, writing, "No I'm not [dating]. #rumors #nottrue."

Even still, a source close to Lopez said that she and Chmerkovskiy may end up a couple at some point.

"I think they could [become a couple], who knows that will happen," the insider told People.com.
