Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 Update: Witnesses Come Forward With Vital Information

Witnesses have come forward to support the civil lawsuit filed by the sons of Jee Jing Hang, one among many of the missing passengers of the Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.

Datuk Arunan Selvaraj, lead counsel of Hang's two teenaged sons, said that the new witnesses held vital information to help strengthen the civil case against a collection of authorities and organizations responsible for the event, such as the Malaysian Government, the Malaysia Airlines, the Malaysia air force, civil aviation authorities, and the immigration department.

Selvaraj refused to reveal their witnesses as of yet, but has stated that the lawyers will not be summoning Mario Balotelli, the Italian footballer who claimed terrorist suspects and was consulted by investigators during the initial investigation of the case.

During his interview with The Rakyat Post, Selvaraj said the lawyers were encouraged by the support they have received after the case was filed and many people have come forward to help, all of whom with information that built up the "very pivotal basis" of the case.

Selvaraj also stated that many families were still suffering from the aftermath of the disappearance that occurred nine months ago, and they continue to do so as the government fails to find the truth on what happened to the plane en route to Beijing.

"Sweet talk serves no purpose," he said. "Action speaks louder than words, but in this case we prefer 'results speak louder than sheer optimism.'"

Since the disappearance of the aircraft, numerous theories have appeared to explain the incident and many have claimed that the true details about the event are being withheld by the government.

Anwar Ibrahim, Malaysian opposition leader, and Tim Clark, the chief executive of the Emirates, were just two among many who accused the Malaysian government of not divulging the whole truth. They expressed disbelief that the government could lose track of the plane when the country had one of the most sophisticated radar systems in the world.
