Man Eats 28 Raw Eggs, Dies After Winning Bet With Friends (VIDEO)

A man has eaten 28 raw eggs before dying after taking part in a bet with his friends.

Twenty year old Dhaou Fatnassi from Tunisia is said to have consumed the 28 raw eggs, winning a bet against his friends who said he couldn't do it. However, soon after winning the bet Fatnassi began complaining about severe stomach pains, and he died soon after.

As Fatnassi began to keel over in pain after consuming more than two dozen eggs his friends called emergency services and an ambulance was soon dispatched to help, according to reports.

Tunisia's Shems FM radio station said in a report on Wednesday: "Doctors were called in after the young man felt strong stomach pains, but he died before medical assistance could reach him."

Other reports have said that although it is clear the man's death was sparked by the huge consumption of raw eggs, the official cause of death has not yet been determined, and that an official investigation is being conducted to find out.

In an unrelated precious report another 32 year old man, Edward Archbold, also died after taking on a dare to eat something in large quantities. Archbold ate through a huge portion of worms and other such insects during a contest to win a free snake at a West Palm Beach pet store. However, he like Fatnassi in this most recent case, died after eating the excessive amounts. After eating all the worms and insects Archbold was reported to have omitted and thrown up before collapsing and dying, according to The Inquisitr.
