'Married at First Sight': Couples Given 'Last Chance at Romance'

Six single people from the different parts of the country took the most "radical step" to find love: marrying a stranger for an on-air social experiment.

"Married at First Sight," currently one of the most controversial shows from FYI, will now see three of the couples who were scientifically matched spend their remaining together. The show will progress towards a final outcome -- leave or stay married -- as the experiment draws to an end.

Spiritual advisor and on-show expert Greg Epstein recently met with the couples in the ninth episode entitled "Last Chance at Romance" to see what the newlyweds had done. He advised them previously to put on some romantic gesture for each other before finally deciding whether the relationship has to continue or end.

Jaime and Doug might still not have consummated their marriage.

"I am [romantic], but I save it for when I'm really in love," she said.

Jason and Cortney, on the other hand, took the advisor's counsel of spending romantic moments with each other. They went on a dinner cruise, which was the first romantic dinner since their honeymoon. The pair was worried about not having time together because Jason was heading to the fire academy. Jason's career situation made him doubt if Cortney would be there for him in the long run.

Vaughn and Monet Copeland were always bickering for issues concerning marriage duties. Vaughn often found himself complaining that his wife doesn't cook for him, while Monet had problems with her husband being so impatient through their rough transition to husband and wife.

As suggested, they went to a date for their one-month anniversary and gave each other nice watches. Both of them were actually impressed and surprised that they had thought of the same present for their spouse.

In the finale of "Married at First Sight," viewers will finally know who will stay together or not.
