Michael Strahan may move to a $25 million penthouse in New York City not far from his job on "Live! With Kelly and Michael." The ABC co-host checked out the swanky Central Park apartment with his fiancée, Nicole Murphy, according to reports.

Michael Strahan and his fiancée reportedly looked at the duplex three times so far in the few months it has been on the market. 150 Columbus Ave comes with a lot of perks, one of them being a short commute for the former NFL star- his studio is right across the street.

The upper West Side apartment, also known as One Lincoln Square, has 5,500 square feet and 10 rooms, five of which are bedrooms, according to the New York Daily News. If Strahan and his fiancée do decide to move to the exclusive pad, they would follow in a list of powerful names like Eagles bassist Timothy Schmit, MTV founder Bob Pittman and legendary sports announcer Marv Albert.

Strahan would also be following in the footsteps of Regis Philbin, who employed the same strategy while working as a "Live!" co-host- he lives next door at 101 W. 67th Avenue, giving him the opportunity to walk to work each morning.

Strahan and Murphy used to live in a Bel Air home, but sold it in August for a profit: the pair bought it for $7.9 million, but sold it a year later for $11 million. Since then, they have been renting a different Bel Air mansion, according to TMZ.

Though Strahan and Murphy- she is the ex-wife of comedian and actor Eddie Murphy- have looked at the NYC penthouse several times, they may not have much more time to make a decision. "Hangover" actor Bradley Cooper has also shown interest in the expensive apartment, according to reports.
