Miley Cyrus Strippers, Revealing Top Questioned by Fans (PHOTO)

Miley Cyrus drew controversy on Saturday, wearing a revealing top while dancing alongside strippers during a Hollywood performance.

The former Disney star with a country music background has taken a far step away from her roots. On Saturday, the 20-year-old star performed at Borgore's "Christmas Creampies" concert at the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood.

She appeared on stage wearing a revealing zippered top that showed both her chest and midriff. On bottom she wore zippered pants with a chain that went around her waist and then extended up, and around her neck. The star also buzzed both sides of her hair, leaving just a short amount of blonde hair on the top of her head.

Some of her fans questioned the singer's ever changing look. Cyrus was also accompanied on stage by strippers who danced topless at poles. One user on the Too Fab blog called the singer's outfit "hideous."

"I'm sorry but why do former child stars feel they need to look [bad] to be taken seriously as adults? Its not like she's untalented and needs to resort to shock value,"Andrea Drea prompted. "It would be nice to see a child star growing up classy... or at least hear more about them in the entertainment news media."

The star performed alongside Israeli electronica DJ Borgore, who revealed before the show that he was excited to have Cyrus as a guest star.

"I really wanted her here, really," he said in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine. The DJ added that it was better to have a second person singing on the microphone, in order to make if feel more like a "live show."

"I think tonight is gonna go off," he told the publication. "I'm really excited about this."

Borgore has worked with Cyrus before- the two artists collaborated on "Decisions" earlier this year.
