Miranda Kerr Work Out Buddy Revealed, Son Flynn 'Loves to Dance'

Miranda Kerr opened up about her relationship with 3-year-old son Flynn during an event in New York City this week.

The former Victoria's Secret model is well known for her healthy lifestyle as well as her previous high-profile marriage to Orlando Bloom. Despite their divorce, Kerr and Bloom continue to co-parent their son Flynn, who Kerr said is already following in her healthy footsteps.

"The other day he was like, 'Mama, I want to make a smoothie.' He wanted to make his own smoothie, and then he said, 'This one's for you. It's full of antioxidants," the model mother said during a Reebok event, according to People.com. "He's three years old, how does he know that? He obviously heard me talking."

Furthermore, Flynn has also incorporated himself into his famous mother's workout routine.

"We dance all the time, he loves it," Kerr told People. "It's one of his favorite things."

A frequent Instagram user, Kerr often shares photos taken with Flynn, and the model remains committed to parenting the tot alongside Bloom despite the end of their three-year marriage. The former couple released a statement saying as much back in October.

"Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have announced they have been amicably separated for the past few months," a rep for the actor revealed at the time to E! News. "After six years together, they have recently decided to formalize their separation. Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family."

Meanwhile, Kerr has served as the face of campaigns for H&M, Mango, Clear Haircare and Reebok. The model also has her own line of natural beauty products. Now, Kerr is also the spokesperson for Escada's newest fragrance line, "Joyful."
