'NCIS' Season 13 News, Spoilers: 'Double Trouble' Sees Gibbs Teaming Up With Leon Vance

The last action-packed episode of CBS' hit police-procedural drama TV series "NCIS" is about to be overshadowed with the reportedly intense events in the new episode of the show's current season.

Citing the spoiler reports from Design & Trend, it is said that the new episode titled "Double Trouble" will see a partnership from two unlikely parties. As stated, Leroy Jethro Gibbs will be forced to pair up with director Leon Vance in Episode 4 because the latter is in possession of a crooked NCIS agent suspected of stealing evidence in the past.

As further divulged, a murder case is now being linked to the aforementioned NCIS operative and so Vance is left with no other choice but to correspond with Gibbs and the team. After all, it is his best interest to solve his murder case as soon as possible and as efficiently as needed.

Needless to say, Gibbs and Vance won't be the only ones tackling on the case as they may need the unified effort of the whole NCIS squad in order for the director's name to be cleared of the controversy.

Yet another relationship issue will be tackled this week but this time, it would involve ex-lovers. Fans may remember the bitter break up between Tony DiNozzo and Jean Benoit in Season 4. It came to pass because of a conflict between their work and personal interest. Furthermore, Jean thought that it was Tony who was behind the death of her father who, as it turns out, was an arms dealer.

The new reports, however, hinted that DiNozzo will get to see his ex-girlfriend once again. What would be interesting is that the senior special agent may realize that he still has feelings for her. The question now is, does Jean feel the same way towards him? Will they be able to sort the bad blood between them?

Find out when "NCIS" Season 13 airs this Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 8 p.m. on CBS.
